About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Right at Home. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide various personal and paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in social activities
  • Perform personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with transfers, such as from bed to wheelchair or toilet
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
  • Six months of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare settings preferred
  • Successfully completed a competency evaluation following our orientation and training
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
