Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
