Job Summary:

First Student is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Van Driver to transport students to and from school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our passengers.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely Transport Passengers: Ensure the safe transportation of students to and from school, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform Pre/Post Trip Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Assist Students in Loading and Unloading: Assist students in boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
  • Good Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Subject to Drug Screen and Physical: Be subject to a drug screen and physical examination to ensure your fitness to drive.
