Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as an Immunology Research Scientist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in immunology and a proven track record of research excellence. The position will involve conducting independent research, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of our research programs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent research in immunology, with a focus on autoimmunity, lymphocyte biology, and innate immunity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement research projects, and contribute to the growth and development of our research programs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong research program, with a focus on securing extramural funding and publishing research findings in top-tier journals.
  • Mentor and supervise research staff, including postdoctoral fellows and graduate students.
  • Participate in peer review of grants and manuscripts, and contribute to the development of research policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Immunology or a related field.
  • Established track record of research excellence, with a strong publication record and a history of securing extramural funding.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising research staff, including postdoctoral fellows and graduate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
