Logistics Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our team at Culligan's Fairborn, OH office. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering and exchanging various products and services to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Directly interact with customers, performing routine customer service tasks such as order entry and identifying opportunities for additional company products and services.
• Maintain routes and accounts for proper routing sequence, ensuring timely deliveries and collections.
• Responsible for vehicle inspections, including Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and monthly commercial vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and exchange all types of products, including P/E tanks, bottled water, salt, chemicals, and filters.
• Collect and document receipts from customers, completing all necessary paperwork accurately.

• Class B License or higher
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the local area
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and undergo background checks

• Lifting and carrying objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly
• Significant time spent walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of vehicles
• Body movements: bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, balancing, pushing, and pulling
• Hand movements: twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, tapping, hitting, and squeezing
• Vision must be in accordance with DOT requirements
