Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure all facilities are kept clean and orderly
  • Perform cleaning duties in restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and conduct minor repairs
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events
  • Maintain the exterior of buildings and surrounding landscapes
  • Notify supervisors regarding supply requirements
  • Transport donations as needed
  • Document any accidents or incidents
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and operate various tools
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs
  • Proficient in operating a motor vehicle and communication devices

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Corps Officer.
