About the Role

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a key member of our branch team, working closely with our financial advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identifying opportunities to create efficiency and improve client experiences
  • Managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Staying up-to-date with current and new office technology
  • Developing strategies to assist in the annual business planning process
