About the Role
Helix Resources, LLC seeks a dedicated and experienced landscape professional to join our team as a Grounds and Landscaping Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our grounds and landscaping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading teams, and making a tangible impact on the appearance and beauty of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and direct the activities of our grounds and landscaping crew, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be involved in scheduling, planning, and coordinating projects, as well as collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in landscaping or a related field, combined with a strong understanding of landscape design principles and horticultural practices, is essential. You should also possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to work flexible hours when required. Furthermore, you must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a variety of outdoor settings, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
