Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete management of assigned projects, including identifying and meeting client expectations, pricing and negotiating contracts, and overseeing project quality. This role will also involve participating in developing and maintaining client relationships and marketing company services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project planning, including development of project scope, task organization, estimates of effort, and schedules necessary to complete the project.
  • Direct, manage, and participate in the production of project deliverables, including preliminary studies, plans, and cost estimates.
  • Review and assess project progress and financial performance on a regular basis, coordinating and implementing changes to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability.
  • Communicate openly and frequently with clients to ensure all issues are addressed efficiently to the client's satisfaction.
  • Conduct project closeout, including contract closeout and internal evaluation of project performance relative to the budget.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering projects with increasing responsibility and licensure required.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Planning, organizing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the year.
