About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wholesale Product Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale customers, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs, and provide recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are recorded and reported correctly.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the paint or coatings industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
