Financial Director

We are Hiring Winners, a growing dealership family that seeks an exceptional F&I Manager. With increasing sales volume, we need someone who can sell well and sell ethically—a master of finance and insurance knowledge.

• Develop new business opportunities and close deals efficiently
• Generate significant revenue from finance income on all sold customers
• Verify accuracy of paperwork involved in cash, finance or loan transactions
• Ensure timely collection of money at closing
• Pursue bank approval for financed and leased deals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leases and financial products
• Promote credit life and accident & health sales effectively
• Collaborate with lenders to secure approvals
• Stay informed about lender programs and rate options
• Foster extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
• Handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
