We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Technician to join our team in the BGC Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory procedures and controls, with a strong focus on maintaining efficiency and compliance.

The role involves performing and supporting laboratory procedures, as well as maintaining lab reagents inventory and equipment calibration schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with vendors, managing incoming and outgoing shipping of samples, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and life insurance.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth running of the lab and maintain overall cGMP lab compliance. You will also be responsible for adhering to established procedures to ensure testing quality and supporting review of the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system.
