Job Summary
Capital One seeks a seasoned Back End Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications. As a critical member of our development team, you will work collaboratively with digital product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes. Your experience in full-stack development tools and technologies, combined with your expertise in cloud platforms and agile methodologies, will enable you to make significant contributions to our organization.

Responsibilities
This role involves collaborating with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. You will also share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, participating in internal and external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community. Your ability to utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services will be crucial in delivering successful projects.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in programming languages, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies is required. Additionally, experience with open source frameworks and container orchestration services is highly valued.
