**Real Estate & Probate Litigation Attorney Position - High-Growth Firm**

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Real Estate & Probate Litigation Attorney to join our growing law firm in Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex real estate litigation matters and make a lasting impact in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate litigation matters, with a proven track record of success in handling complex cases. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Ohio State Bar are also essential.

A salary of $75k to $115k is available for the right candidate.

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex probate litigation matters and real estate litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Ohio State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing in civil litigation, with a strong focus on real estate litigation matters.
• Proven track record of success in handling real estate litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
