About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support in a hospital setting, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and basic life support.
  • Work collaboratively with licensed clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Certification from a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician program preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • One year of patient care experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
