Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle printer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
  • Ensure regular backups of endpoint configurations.

  • Support technology for conferencing tools and ensure availability of meeting resources.
  • Assist with inventory management of hardware and software.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 OS and Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory and O365 Tenant management.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for direct user interaction.
  • Able to interpret and execute complex technical instructions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Help Desk operations and ticket management systems.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing IT equipment is a plus.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Relevant technology certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA+ are desirable.
