Transforming Lives as a Behavior Technician with Hopebridge

We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Hoover, AL. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive environment for children with Autism.

Salary: $16.80 - $19.50 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification

About the Role
  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
  • Work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
  • Develop daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
Key Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
