About the Role

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is a permanent, full-time, and direct-hire position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert consultations to patients in various healthcare settings.
  • Conduct thorough follow-up appointments and perform in-person patient visits.
  • Diagnose and manage patients' symptoms, and issue referrals and orders for laboratory work, diagnostic tests, durable medical equipment, home care services, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients' specialists and complete electronic medical records (EMR) promptly.
  • Act as a positive representative of the company to patients, families, and the community.
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives, and attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • NJ license or multi-state license.
  • DEA and CDS licenses are required upon hire (employer will assist/reimbursement for licensing fees).
  • Must be able to commute (reimbursement provided).
  • Experience in palliative care, oncology, hospice, or geriatric care.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • EMR Proficiency.
  • Must be Bilingual.
