About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collects data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
- Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, or issues
- Develops individualized plans to achieve expected outcomes
- Implements care plans, coordinates delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and safety
- Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers
- Evaluates progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support certification required
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of residence or NC
