Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team at Della Infotech. As a CVICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients with serious cardiovascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious cardiovascular conditions, including those requiring open-heart surgery and balloon pump therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and ACLS, Arry, BLS, Mod Sed, Pharmacology, PSV/Nuryss certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of CVICU experience, with a focus on open-heart recovery and balloon pump therapy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
