iMed Staffing is proud to present a Urology Physician opportunity in South Carolina. Located just an hour from the beach and Columbia, this location offers a unique work-life balance for its physicians.
The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified or Eligible Urologist who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity. The successful candidate will join a growing hospital-employed group with a busy clinic schedule, including 1.5 days in the operating room and a 1:4 shared call schedule.
Responsibilities will include a wide range of urological procedures, including general urology, cystoscopy, vasectomy, laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, female urology, and penile implants. The practice also includes some office-based procedures, allowing the physician to have a good mix of surgical and clinical responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this opportunity includes a competitive salary, production-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The details of the compensation package are as follows:
- $450,000 - $550,000 annual salary, depending on experience
- Production-based bonus structure, up to 20% of base salary
- Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision
