Dishwasher Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dish hall station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants or from other associates.
• Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and maintained to prevent damage and maintain efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
