About the Opportunity

The Resort Host and Concierge at Auberge Resorts Collection will be the face of our resort, providing personalized service to our guests. This role requires a warm and welcoming personality, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide them with a comprehensive overview of resort amenities and services
  • Make recommendations for dining, activities, and spa treatments based on guest preferences
  • Coordinate special events and arrangements for guests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a concierge role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
Estimated Salary Range

$24.83 per hour
