Wedding Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Wedding Receptionist to join our team at David's Bridal. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience in our stores.

• Customer Service: Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts effectively over the phone, virtual chats, and in-person.
• Store Operations: Manage customer flow, use systems to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience, and maintain operational checklists.
• Alterations and Promotions: Partner with Alterations to promote alteration services and personalization options, and engage in sales promotions and visual updates.
• Inventory Management: Process orders, receive merchandise, and ensure first-quality standards.
• Cash Wrap and Transactions: Support cash wrap behaviors, process transactions accurately, and make every customer feel celebrated.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree; 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; ability to adapt style to suit customers' needs.
