Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic examinations with minimal supervision, applying prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis.
- Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative.
- Collaborate with the chief technologist or designee to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal two-year Radiologic Technology training program certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Valid X-Ray Tech license issued by the State of New York.
- Knowledge of radiographic exposure equipment and Epic tracking systems.
