General Foreman

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our field crew, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Safety and Quality: Promote a safety-first culture, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of field crews, manage resources, and optimize project timelines.
• Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide coaching and training to team members, and promote employee growth and development.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, reports, and other administrative tasks related to project execution.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the tree industry, with a focus on operations management and safety.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in software applications.
