We are seeking seasoned full-time Board-Certified Emergency Physicians to become part of our esteemed group. The full-time role consists of twelve 8-hour shifts each month.

Practice Highlights: OECP provides a competitive remuneration package along with benefits for full-time practitioners, which includes:

  • A tiered compensation structure based on experience ($200.00-$215.00 hourly)
  • Eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses based on patient experience/RVU after achieving partnership status
  • Night shift premium
