* Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
* Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience working with youth and families preferred
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage required
