**Job Summary:**
As a Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to youth and families in the Leavenworth area.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
* Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
* Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience working with youth and families preferred
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage required
