Zone Lead

The Part-Time Zone Lead supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

1. Supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity, a neat/clean, organized environment, and inspiring guests to discover ideas and solutions through compelling visual merchandising.
2. Oversees Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks in partnership with the Zone Manager to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
3. Processes freight and stocks designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized zone.
4. Serves as a role model and coach in all areas as it relates to visual merchandising experience and provides continuous learning opportunities to all.
5. Reviews the store financial and business data from the store scorecard, including sales and expenses, and acts within assigned zones to improve metrics.
6. Maintains a neat, clean, organized zone ensuring the store is always up to date with current signing and sets.

1. At least 18 years old.
2. High School Diploma/Equivalent.
3. Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
5. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
6. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
7. Strong attention to detail, standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, etc.
8. Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.
9. Creates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately; motivates self and team to accomplish objectives.
