About the Role
  • Lead complex technical product development projects from start to finish, collaborating with global and regional commercial portfolio management, governance, regulatory, QA teams, internal product development teams, program management, and external vendors/suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, manage interdependencies effectively, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of the development process, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, motivating and coaching team members to achieve established project goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8-10 years of successful technical project management experience in new product development and regulated industries (Gaming or similar).
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
