Mike Bass Ford is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in our busy Ford shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford cars and trucks, ensuring our community stays on the move.
Our commercial truck center serves a wide range of businesses, from food delivery to tree service and landscapers. We help keep businesses strong by keeping their truck fleets on the road, providing great jobs for people in our community.
As an Automotive Technician at Mike Bass Ford, you will be expected to:
- Conduct thorough road tests to identify vehicle issues
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and resolve client concerns related to their vehicles
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with steering, suspension, and brake repairs
- Experience with engine and transmission removal and installation
- Technical/trade school certificates or 2 years of repair experience
- A willingness to learn from senior technicians and participate in factory training
