Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

At GEICO, we're seeking talented Sales Representatives to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in building rapport with customers, preparing insurance quotes, and converting quotes into new policies. Our Sales Representatives use their exceptional communication skills to advise customers on coverage and provide a personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes to customers
  • Convert quotes into new policies and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
