The Cafe Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to guests.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Beverage Certification as designated by state and local agencies.
