We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Direct Therapy: Provide direct therapy to clients and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care, and educate clients and their families on strategies to support ongoing improvement and communication development.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid state licensure as an SLP.
- Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
