Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Henderson, TN. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting optimal recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating adaptive equipment and community reintegration strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide training and education to patients, family members, and caregivers on various skills and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance. Additionally, you must maintain professional licensure and certification as required by the state. At least one year of experience in occupational therapy is preferred, along with knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury and excellent communication skills.
