About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Autism Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
- Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, preferably in a professional capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer and tablet literacy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
