- Coordinate the routing and processing of ship certification documents for concurrence and approval signatures.
- Assist in the review and update of daily administration reports and perform routine office operations.
- Maintain program documentation, ensuring all certification requirement documentation is updated as directed by the Program Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related work experience.
- Operational submarine experience and maintenance shipyard experience preferred.
- Experience with submarine systems and related support equipment.
- Knowledge of documentation used to operate and maintain submarine systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- High comfort level working with and around all military/organizational levels, clients, customers, suppliers, and visitors.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The typical workday is eight hours in length, with normal hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, with concurrence from the supervisor.
