Senior Electrical Design Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Manager to lead our team of electrical designers in the field of machine and plant construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing electrical design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of electrical designers in the development of electrical design solutions for our machines and plants.
• Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical design solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain electrical design documentation and records.
• Develop and implement training programs for electrical designers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards.
• Experience with EPLAN P8 and other electrical design software.
