Video Production Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Videographer/Video Editor to join our team as an independent contractor. This 3-month contract opportunity requires 20-25 hours of work per week in a hybrid setting. On-site work during regular business hours is necessary for this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of videography/video editing experience and a deep understanding of our video messaging. Collaboration is key in this role, so strong communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with team members are essential. Occasional travel for off-site filming is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage video production from concept to post-production
• Oversee video creation for web platforms, social media, and email communications
• Work closely with multiple teams, including Communications, Creative, Media, Operations, and Franchise Development
• Propose future video projects and contribute to the growth of our video content

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
