Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced cloud-based solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in collaborating with teams to define requirements, design architectures, and supervise implementations.
  • Strong technical expertise in contemporary cloud solutions and architectures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
Desired:
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or VMWare platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in scripting with Bash/Python for automated resource provisioning.
  • Knowledge of Java, Groovy, REST API development, and UNIX Shell Scripting.
  • Understanding of web development frameworks, database technologies, and web services.
  • Ability to implement industry-standard cloud services and optimize their usage.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Capability to foresee challenges and devise innovative solutions.
