Floor Guard

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Floor Guard. As a Floor Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain the skate floor and skate counter before and after sessions.
• Supervise customers to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with session managers, associates, and DJs to address any issues or concerns.
• Handle incident procedures and document any incidents that occur.
• Verify that all skating adults have signed waiver cards and check Skater ID cards for expiration dates.
• Assist with clean-up procedures and complete any assigned tasks.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our team. Must be able to skate and have excellent communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and some holidays. Pay: $16.00 per hour.
