Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a crew of 3 or more HVAC installers in commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and excellent quality workmanship. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a Team: Manage time effectively on job sites, read and interpret blueprints accurately, communicate clearly with team members, clients, and supervisors.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units with precision and attention to detail, troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior team members, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve project goals, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required by project schedules.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401K with company match programs, paid vacation and holidays, company vehicles, cell phones, and equipment. We also provide opportunities for on-the-job training and certifications.

This role is based in Texas, with opportunities to work on various commercial projects throughout the region.
