Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist

At CohnReznick LLP, we're seeking a highly skilled Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to join our Government Contracting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with prevailing wage regulations and providing exceptional client service.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
This role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of experience in prevailing wage compliance or construction audit/construction compliance. If you have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Sales and Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation, research potential clients, and prepare summaries for sales teams.
- Execution: Lead engagement teams on consulting engagements/wage monitoring engagements, review contract agreements, and conduct detailed testing of documentation provided by clients/contractors.
- Wage Monitoring Engagements: Serve as a wage tracking software application administrator, assist clients/contractors in onboarding processes, and generate reports from wage tracking software applications to assess prevailing wage compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS/BA or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with prevailing wage compliance or construction audit/construction compliance
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong research skills
- Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
