About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Moody's Co-Worker Owned, Inc.

The successful candidate will have experience with estimating and will be responsible for preparing damage reports, communicating with customers, and reviewing repairs. They will also be expected to maintain a work environment that demonstrates partnerships, development, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive damage reports using computerized estimating systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Review repairs with customers to ensure quality and thoroughness.
  • Prepare and submit final bills and supplemental billings.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in collision estimating.
  • Ability to relocate to Portland, ME 04103 before starting work.
