Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced professional to join an integrated production planning team. The successful candidate will plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules, ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials to meet demand requirements.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to effectively manage physical inventory strategy, optimizing production flow and inventory accuracy. They will also advise management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production impacts.

The Business Integration Planner will measure, report, and develop corrective actions to maintain KPIs at acceptable levels.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and drive resolution to issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for working with diverse work teams across various functional areas
  • Planning experience in a production environment
  • MRP Proficiency (Oracle Preferred)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Analyst level experience in data analysis and management
  • Experience in SQL, PL/SQL package/procedure based programming and database object modeling
  • Apollo (Application Express)
  • Ability to develop tools and process to streamline data collection and analysis
  • Ability to plan complex build schedules
  • Power BI Experience
  • CPIM Certified
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $60,204 - $102,324

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
