Job Title: Commercial Execution Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Execution Administrator to join our team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the maritime sales team with the creation and management of Block Fee Agreements (BFAs), as well as providing administrative support during the Pending Service Order process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maritime sales team with the creation and through-life commercial management of Block Fee Agreements (BFAs)
  • Provide administrator support during the Pending Service Order process, including coordination of and reporting on key process milestones with all relevant functions
  • Support the Bids & Contracts team for the execution of contract submission related to expiry and validation
  • Support the maritime sales team with investigation, information gathering, and ATQ completion (if applicable) related to simple bid submissions
  • Support the maritime sales team in the preparation of simple proposals, including pricing, using current proposal templates and guidelines
  • Create and update all sales quotes and block fees in ByD
  • Address less complicated client queries within the scope of Commercial Operations and escalate when required to the appropriate subject matter expert, keeping Salesforce updated and the account manager informed
  • Escalate client feedback to the relevant account owner or CRM and support the prompt resolution of complaints in accordance with the complaints process, BMS, and all applicable SLAs
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable processes, including ByD and commercial processes
  • Act at all times with integrity and conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and accreditation schemes; and pursue Continuous Professional Development to maintain a high level of relevant knowledge and awareness
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • Exposure in the Account management field with understanding of sales and client care principles
  • Previous experience supporting Account management activities in a virtual/international context
  • Understanding of the market and marine environment to support commercial focus
  • Use own initiative, able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and results-oriented approach to meet varying and competing client and business demands
  • Adaptability and well-organized approach with a practical mind
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental/business objectives
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Very good command (written and oral) in English language
