Job Title: Grain Millwright

Reports to: Area Operations Manager

Position Objective: The Grain Millwright will assist with grain processing during the fall and outside of harvest, collaborate with other millwrights on projects and problem-solving at various locations, and provide outstanding customer service.

Occupation Specific Tasks:
  • Ability to fabricate and weld, and build transitions
  • Knowledge of crane operation, rigging, and signals
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints
  • Understanding of grain flow


Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a positive and proactive attitude, be a self-starter, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They should be able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and communicate effectively both in writing and over the phone. The ability to work long hours under stressful conditions and meet deadlines is essential. Pay will be based on experience.

Required/Preferred Skills: Grain grading license required, with training and ongoing testing provided. CDL Endorsement is a plus, and welding skills are essential.
