Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at Walmart. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

• Meat Product Preparation: Process and prepare meat products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control measures.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products to customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking stock and controlling shrinkage to minimize losses.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and best practices in the meat industry, making recommendations for process improvements and quality enhancements.

• Experience: 6 months of experience working in a fresh production department.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
