About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems integration solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Architecture and Design: Develop system architecture and system schematics to meet client requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical power, flight controls, propulsion, airframe structures, rotors, fuel, hydraulics, and drive systems.
- Integration and Testing: Analyze and resolve hardware/software integration issues, and perform hardware and software integration testing of multiple systems operating together in a systems integration lab.
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop test requirements to drive systems integration lab and flight test aircraft instrumentation design, and coordinate between Bell engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.
- System Performance and Specifications: Create system performance specifications, interface control documents, and test plans/procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering - or a Science, Technology, or a Math (STEM) discipline is required. Major in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
- Experience: Experience at all levels will be considered. Positions at various engineering levels will be offered, depending on experience level.
