Practical Nursing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Avamere Living in Hillsboro, OR.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:This is a part-time and full-time position that requires preparing and administering medications, reviewing resident care plans, and providing leadership to nursing personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
The successful candidate will possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state and have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel daily to plan shifts' services, programs, and activities.
- Develop and implement programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care.
- Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
